MovaSim affiliate programme terms

1. Who and what

MovaSim (Marc Lozano García — NIF 49293971A — Carretera de Cànoves, 15, 3º C, 08520 Les Franqueses del Vallès (Barcelona), "MovaSim") runs an affiliate programme through which approved people ("affiliates") recommend MovaSim travel eSIMs and earn a commission on sales made with their personal code. Applying to the programme and ticking the box on the form means you accept these terms.

2. Joining

• You must be 18 or older.
• Every application is reviewed by hand; MovaSim may accept or decline it without giving reasons, and may pause or close the programme at any time.
• One code per person. The code and the panel link are personal: do not share them.

3. Nature of the relationship

This is an independent commercial collaboration. It is not an employment, agency or partnership relationship, there is no exclusivity in either direction and no minimum activity. You organise your own activity and bear your own taxes and social-security obligations.

4. Code, discount and attribution

• Your audience gets 5 % off when they enter your code at checkout.
• A sale is yours only when your code is entered at checkout. Attribution is by code, not by cookies or links.
• MovaSim sets prices, catalogue and discounts and may change them at any time.

5. Commissions

• Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, excluding VAT, at the rate of your level at the time of the sale: Bronce 10 % (starting level) · Plata 12 % from 250,00 € net sales in the calendar year · Oro 15 % from 1000,00 € net sales in the calendar year. Levels count net sales of the calendar year, never go down on their own, and when you level up the difference on what you already sold that year is paid as a bonus.
• The total commission per sale (yours plus your referrer's, if any) never exceeds 20 %.
• On a few low-margin plans the total commission is capped at 50 % of the real margin of the sale.
• Commissions are pending for 14 days after delivery (the refund window) and then confirmed.
• If an order is refunded, disputed or charged back, its commission is cancelled; if it had already been paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
• Purchases made by you, with your own email or for your household, do not earn commission. MovaSim may cancel commissions that come from fraud, abuse or breaches of these terms.

6. Network (by invitation only)

Some affiliates are given a network by MovaSim. When someone signs up through their network link, they earn on that person's sales the difference between that person's level and the 20 % cap. The network is granted and may be withdrawn by MovaSim at any time; nobody pays anything to join and nobody earns anything for merely recruiting.

7. Payments and invoicing

• Confirmed commissions are paid once a month from 20,00 € by bank transfer, Bizum or PayPal to the payment details you have sent us by email from the address on your account. Each payout comes with a spreadsheet listing every commission.
• Commissions are your income. You must issue an invoice to MovaSim for each payout (the spreadsheet is its basis) and send us your tax details, and any change to them, by email. If you are a self-employed professional resident in Spain, MovaSim applies the income-tax withholding required by law and pays it to the tax office on your behalf; the payout you receive is the net amount.
• MovaSim may hold a payout until it receives the invoice or the tax details it needs.
• For security, payment details cannot be edited from the panel: changes are requested by email and we confirm every change by email. If you get a confirmation you did not ask for, reply immediately.

8. What you commit to

• Identify promotional content as advertising ("#ad", "#collab" or your platform's tool), as Spanish law (LSSI) and the influencer code of conduct require.
• No unsolicited messages (spam) by email, WhatsApp or DM, and no misleading claims about coverage, speed, prices or refunds.
• Do not bid on the MovaSim brand in search ads, do not publish the code on coupon or deal sites, and do not register domains or profiles with the brand.
• Follow the law and the rules of each platform you publish on.

9. Brand

MovaSim grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use its name and materials to promote the service while you are in the programme. Any other use needs written permission.

10. Personal data

MovaSim processes your name, email, social handles, country and, to pay you, your payment and tax details, on the basis of this agreement and its tax obligations, and keeps them while you are in the programme and for the years the tax law requires afterwards. 11. Duration, pause and termination

• The programme runs indefinitely. Either side may end it at any time by email; commissions already earned are still paid.
• MovaSim may pause or remove an affiliate who breaches these terms and cancel the pending commissions that come from the breach.

12. Changes

MovaSim may change these terms, the rates or the thresholds with 15 days' notice in your panel or by email. Sales already made are paid under the terms in force at the time of the sale.

13. Law and contact
