Legal notice — Owner

In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE):

Data is provided by local carriers through our wholesale provider; coverage and speed depend on the network available at each time and place. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Governed by Spanish law.

Terms of sale

What you buy: a digital eSIM profile giving mobile data at the destination for the plan's days. No traditional calls or SMS. On unlimited plans, each day includes a full-speed allowance; past it you keep browsing at reduced speed until the next day, at no extra cost.

Requirements: an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Check by dialing *#06# (an EID should appear) or on our compatibility page.

Prices & taxes: in euros, applicable taxes included. The final amount is shown before you confirm.

Delivery: after payment you receive a QR code and instructions by email, usually within seconds. Fully digital — nothing physical is shipped. If you don't get it within 30 minutes, check spam and contact us with your order number.

Activation & validity: validity starts on the eSIM's first connection to a network at the destination, not at purchase. Buy in advance, install over wifi before travelling, activate on arrival.

Right of withdrawal

You generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw. However, under art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. In practice: as long as you have not installed or activated the profile, you can request cancellation and a refund at hola@movasim.es; once installed, the right lapses. At checkout you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately.

Refunds: if the eSIM is never delivered, or your device is incompatible and you have not installed the profile, we refund you in full to the same payment method within 14 days. Complaints: hola@movasim.es (answered within one month). EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Privacy policy

Data & purpose: we process your name, email, order ID and billing data to manage and deliver your order (contract), provide support (legitimate interest), meet tax obligations (legal duty, 4-6 years) and, with your consent, send marketing. Payment data is handled by the gateway; we don't store your card.

Processors (with GDPR safeguards): Shopify (store & orders), Shopify Payments (payment), Cloudflare (infrastructure & database), eSIM Access (profile issuance), Resend (QR email). Some may process data outside the EEA under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at hola@movasim.es. You may complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD). Not intended for children under 14.
